The customer reached out to us with a need to renovate their existing road. We used our expertise to mill the old surface, making way for smooth installation of new asphalt. A keen eye for detail was maintained to ensure the car stops were reinstalled with precision, enhancing road safety. To complete the renovation, we restriped the pavement providing clear and visible markings, improving the traffic flow. We recently completed berm remediation work here including new concrete header curb, berm clearing and grading, rip rap installation, and sod restoration. This scope helps stabilize drainage areas, control erosion, and restore a clean, finished look — especially important here in Southwest Florida, where heavy rains and sandy soils can quickly wear down unprotected berms. Our team recently completed a sealcoat and restripe project at a marina parking lot. The work included applying a protective sealcoat, restriping all parking spaces, and painting the existing carstops to freshen up the look and improve visibility. The finished lot now has a clean, uniform appearance and long-lasting protection against weather and heavy traffic. Our team completed work near the seawall, where we removed and replaced metal grates and performed patch repairs on the corresponding catch basins. Just finished a project at a new complex where our crew installed concrete sidewalks to improve pedestrian traffic flow and safety throughout the property. The sidewalks were built using a 6-inch concrete, placed over a compacted limerock base for added durability and longevity.
